Privacy Policy
Data Privacy
While working with documents, whether contracts, reports, commercial texts containing trade secrets and the like, it is our obligation to be extremely vigilant and cautious.
Importance of Data Privacy
Personal and confidential information, ranging from the name of the person and the product to the details given in a document, is highly sensitive and requires special treatment. Translators are bound by a moral and ethical responsibility to ensure the absolute protection of the confidentiality of the data they encounter in their work. This also applies to confidential information and trade secrets contained in the business and technical documents we work with on a daily basis.
Given the particular importance of protecting our clients, we have developed special procedures to ensure data protection.
Procedures we apply to protect our Client's trade secret
We treat any personal and company-specific information contained in a document as a trade secret. We consider the entire content of the document, in particular the names, personal data, company names, products, etc., to be a trade secret. For this reason, we have confidentiality agreements in place with our translators by which they undertake to keep the confidential information secure and not to disclose it to any third party.
Upon your explicit request, and in the case of particularly sensitive texts, we apply a system of encryption of unique and specific data. Such data is in that case known only to the project manager, who encrypts it before submitting documents for translation, and after the translation is completed, enters it in the text.
